Initially you could not forward SMS to another contact because simply the iPhone did not support copy and paste from just one example Google docs. One way to solve this was to write down the SMS and type it again and send it. Later updates fixed the issue although minor it was a feature that many iPhone users could find helpful.

I Cannot fault with this directly as you can use a mobile without a video camera. The Battery is not Removable
Although Apple products are not going to crash or stuck as easily as Microsoft products. But it can happen and as quality as Apple products are they still freeze I have also noticed this with iPods. In the event of an iPhone freeze the only thing that you can do is wait for the battery to discharge and as many business people are using the iPhone these people do not have the time and need their phone 24/7 with business time is money as the saying goes.This leads Apples business users in a difficult and frustrating situation when they have to wait for the battery to discharge they could be missing important phone calls.
If Microsoft was release a phone without one of these options they would have gone through a really hard time with all the criticisms from both fans and Apple haters. Luckily it was Apple who done this and not a smaller technology company that would have gone out of business with such small mistakes.
Now Apple is trying to revolutionised the way you hold the phone. However, this time Apple is having problems answering all the customer complains and seems like they are trying to cover it up. Maybe Apple is planning to release iPhone 4GS in 2011 or before that but if they do I hope it will have all the the basic features most mobile users require otherwise they could start loosing out to android based phones.
