Quick and 100% fix for the erro code bX-bm42e8 as follows.
1. In Blogger Dashboard select Layout
2. In Layout select Edit HTML
3. Click Download Full Template ( To save/backup your blog design )
4. In Layout select Pick New Template
5. Select Minima template
6. Save the changes
7. Now go to Edit HTML
8. Select Expand Widget Templates
9. Find the following Code
div id="main-wrapper"
b:section class="main" id="main" showaddelement="no"
b:widget id="Blog1" locked="true" title="Blog Posts" type="Blog"
/b:widget/b:section/div
10. Delete it
11. Save the changes and confirm that they are deleting a widget.
12. Now choose the template you have downloaded in Step 3.
13. Upload it and save.
14. Your problem will be solved.
