[Windows] Install Windows XP on Server

Challenge: Install Windows XP on a server machine that originally dose not support Windows XP.
Server Machine was HP ProLiant ML310 G4 Server

Problem: You cannot find the right drivers for Windows XP. In this case it could not find the                              Network card drivers.

Result:    No Internet and cannot communicate with other computers in the Local area network.

Fix: Even though the drivers are not available in the original CD or the web page for the Server, there are drivers for all the versions of Windows if you search for individual component.

If you check the product page you can find out the individual component and Google for the drivers for the component.  For example the network card is Broadcom NetXtreame Gigabite Ethernet and it will take you to the Broadcom website which has drivers for Windows XP and all the other OS.

You can always try this trick on refine your search to find what you want out of Internet. I would like to hear your stories.
