Google Image search has introduce couple of new feature that are quite useful to you. Refine the image search by colour, or copy right status is some of them. Google Similar Images will find out the similar images to the one you given. Let me explain it using a example.
Imagine you found a nice picture of Paris Hilton while you surf through the images. You would like to see similar type of images. What exactly mean by similar images? Sample colour patterns same objects and for sure Google is looking for more details in this image search for you. Only what you have to do is click on the link which says Similar Images. You will be surprised how well it will give you the similar images.
