What Can we do about it?
If you are experioncing slow internet connection or internet connection drops down frequently your computer might be infected with a Trojan, back-door, virus or your computer is used as a zombie computer for other cyber attacks.
Recently I have notice that slow internet connection and frequently drop down of the internet will not be fixed by most of the anti-virus programs available today. Most effective measure is to install fresh copy of your operating system and update it to the latest patch/update available. Before you restore your backup install a antivirus program and update it to the latest update.
