Normally when you log in to a computer via remote desktop it disable the Restart, Shut down functions.
I don’t think it is a good idea to shut down a machine via remote desktop. How you would going to switch on the computer. Then How to restart your computer via remote desktop? There are couple of ways you can do this
1. Alt+F4 is one of the easiest ways you can do it. Then select the Restart.
2. Ctr+Alt+End and the select the Restart
3. Start > Run > then type shutdown.exe
There are many more ways you can do it and it may change depending on the Windows version you use. I have use this in Windows XP and Windows 2003 but I havent got any chance to test this on Windows vista.

CrazzyCool : Anti-hack software 'worth $1bn'
ITI Techmedia created a systemthat claiming to protect against all forms of software piracy and hacking is being launched in Scotland.
Developers say the Metafortress anti-hack software is unique in using a network of interconnected checks which cannot be unpicked.
Company belive this software could be worth 1billion dollars.
"It gives us an excellent opportunity to bring to market an anti-hack solution that will help in the fight against software piracy "
Andrew McLennanMetaforic
Thats not a bad idea. But this is not the first time people try to creat a hack free softwares. But all the time hackers come up with a loop hole that can down the hole project.
Personally what I belive it is not possible to build a hack free software. Another thing is nothing is impossible.

How to: Block URL (websites) you don’t want to visit
You can easily block list of URLs (websites) with out using any software. I have tried this in windows XP and it works fine.
Why you should block any websites?
1. Even it is your personal computer there is great chance of going to these nasty website that install adwares, spywares and all these unwated stuff in your computer. Some websites are using banner advertisements from different websites. These websites should be blocked.
2.You might be managing couple of uses or computers and you don’t want them to go to certain URLs.
Cool if any of these are your requirement then you can follow this. Secret is in the C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\. Path might be different from windows version or the way you install your windows.
You will find couple of files there; protocol, service, network and host. File you will be required is host (there is no extension for that file). If you don’t find it you can create it (Right click > new > create a text document and remove the extension).
Sample host file will look like this.
# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 www.myspace.com
127.0.0.1 www.youtube.com
Create exact file and add any number of URL in the same format (127.0.0.1) and save it. Sometimes you might have to restart the machine but it worked for me without restarting.
Cool all the URLs listed there will be blocked.

How to: Remove Braviax.exe manually
I don’t trust all the free scanners I find when I Google “Remove Braviax.exe” or “Braviax.exe”. Most of them are another adware or spywae. Otherwise it will only scan your computer for free and ask money to remove them. Therefore I always trust couple of good antivirus and spyware programs like Norton (Not free but you can use the trial for 90 days) AVG (100% free and cool).
Then always there is a manual removal for each spy ware, virus or antivirus. You need go back and remove the registry and couple of files and folders from your computer.
Braviax.exe is another Trojan horse that can affect any version of windows (Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows XP, Windows Me, Windows Vista, Windows NT, Windows Server 2003 or Windows 2000).
If your computer is infected with Bravia.exe it will pop up windows warning style message saying
“Your computer is infected!
Windows has detected spyware infection! It is recomended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and install the most up-to-date antispyware for you.Click here to protect your computer from spyware!”
Removal Instructions
Update your antivirus program and do a full scan. If you don’t have any you can download AVG Antivirus and spy ware removal for free.
Then clean every threat found by your antivirus and get ready for a manual removal.
Go to windows file search and do a search for “Braviax” and do a full search and delete all the files you find. Braviax.exe in windows\system32 folder and figaro.sys are few of common file I found
Then go to registry edit (start> run> type “regedit” > enter) and do search (ctrl + f or go to “Edit” and the select Find) then search for “braviax” delete all the registry key found under that name. (Take a backup in any case if something goes wrong but remembers it is infected)
This is one of the common records in registry you can navigate to this location and remove it. However I have found couple of extra records in the registry when I have couple of users in my computer and if those accounts are infected. I think search for braviax and delete record is more effective.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\"braviax" = "%System%\braviax.exe"
Restart your computer and everything should be fine.

Think Twice - before down loading Adobe CS3 Lite
I don’t have much knowledge about all these graphic tools... But this was one of my requirements to find out good graphic tool which is not that heavy on the machine ( Most of the graphics software need lot of RAM and processor power)
So I decide to search for "Adobe Lite" it all came up many results that say "Adobe CS3 Lite". My first reaction was to download it and install it and see. It said it is free. It installed and went ok...
Then I thought of doing search about this cool graphic tool. And notice that actual Adobe website does not have any product like this. And couple of comments claim that this software contains 2 Trojan Houses. (TR/Peed.Gen.736 & TR/Peed.Gen.745)
I did couple of scans with AVG 7.5, Avira Antivirus Personal and Microtrend Online Virus scanner. But I could not find any Trojan or Virus. How ever still I can not trust.
Still it leaves couple of questions with me
Is it legal software??
Is it just created to spread a Trojan??
At the movement answers for these questions are
I think it is not legal coz it use Adobe CS3 but they done have such product in www.adobe.com website. It might have a security risk as well...
