1) Avoid using extremely hot water, hair dryer and/or hair styler
2) Overall health, life style and eating habits play a major role in having healthy hair
3) Trim and cut hair regularly
4) Take a daily vitamin
5) Reduce the number of coloring sessions
6) Keep your hair clean
7) Do not wear pony tail too often
8) Stop smoking and reduce or quit caffeine
9) Do not over brush your hair
10) Be patient
