Google Search: now faster than the speed of type

As the title explain Google has gone to the next level of search simply by adding a real time search result as you type. May be they have learn something from the Google wave. Google instant search is smart enough not to search incomplete words but give the result for the most likely words.

Here is some of the core features of Google Instant, mentioned on their blog.

Dynamic Results - Google dynamically displays relevant search results as you type so you can quickly interact and click through to the web content you need.
Predictions - One of the key technologies in Google Instant is that we predict the rest of your query (in light gray text) before you finish typing. See what you need? Stop typing, look down and find what you’re looking for.
Scroll to search - Scroll through predictions and see results instantly for each as you arrow down.

Biggest questions is is there any advantage of getting the search results as you type? To answer this we really have to use it some some times and see how it support our daily life in front of the computer. Technology wise Google wave was a super idea but humans always have limitation.
